Heritage Buildings

“Woodside Square is an excellent example of contemporary contextural architecture, aiming for a very thoughtful balance between responding to its sensitive historic context and providing homes for the 21st century lifestyle.”

Newlyweds discover perfect location for their new home at Woodside Square

Chris and Anna Barnes spent over a year searching for their perfect London home, before they came across Woodside Square. The newlyweds had outgrown their two bedroom apartment in Balham and were keen to find a property fit for raising a family.

Masterplan

The Heritage Buildings consist of three existing restored and converted buildings fronting Woodside Avenue. They set the tone for the development, provide continuity with its past and in addition they’re going to provide some wonderfully unique apartments. Avebury Mansions is a Grade II listed building that takes centre stage with Roseneath Mansions to the left and Norton Lees Mansions to the right. Throughout the three buildings, 13 apartments are heritage homes and 10 will be newly built. Each apartment has been thoughtfully and individually designed, with attention to detail being taken the architecture throughout, offering spacious living.
